These terms govern use of The Chamber website, operated by Rondanini Publishing Ltd (Company No. 16548159). Editorial content is by Martin Kandrík. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. The site
The Chamber is a literary periodical. The public door may show a coming-soon notice until the Bell is rung. Preview pages behind /admin are not a public offer and may change.
2. The list
Joining the list is voluntary. We email from The Chamber <13@thechamber13.com> via Brevo. You may leave at any time. Details are in the privacy notice.
3. A gifted Motion
A gifted Motion costs £1, collected by Stripe. The webhook writes the recipient onto the Brevo list. A gift is not a subscription for future seasons unless we say so in writing. If a payment fails, no name is entered.
4. Intellectual property
Motions, Constitution, site design, and Chamber marks are © Rondanini Publishing Ltd and/or Martin Kandrík, unless a source is attributed. You may not copy the Motions for publication without a licence.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, scrape it in a way that impairs others, or use the list or gift forms to send spam. We may refuse or remove an address that is used that way.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that a Motion will remain at a given URL. Editorial positions are not advice — see the disclaimer.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rondanini Publishing Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
