This notice supplements the privacy notice for visitors of The Chamber and any Netlify preview host.

Data collected automatically

During a visit the host may record:

IP address and HTTP metadata;
date and time of the request;
requested URL and response code;
browser user agent.

Purpose: security, abuse prevention, technical diagnosis.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

The list

Voluntary subscription to The Chamber list.

Data: email address, subscription time, technical attributes (SOURCE, CHAMBER_ROLE).
Legal basis: explicit consent (art. 6.1.a).
Processor: Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue) — Brevo privacy policy. Data are held in Brevo systems in the EU/EEA.
Sender: The Chamber, 13@thechamber13.com.
Retention: until you withdraw consent. Long inactivity may be cleaned under Brevo’s list policy.
Withdrawal: unsubscribe in any email, or write to the controller.
Email-link cookies: if Brevo tracks clicks, those are email-analytics cookies; ask the controller to disable them.

Gifted Motion

Stripe processes the £1 payment. We receive a session id and the emails you entered. Legal basis: contract (art. 6.1.b). Stripe’s role is described in their privacy notice.

Cookies

The static site does not set profiling cookies of the controller. Essential cookies: the admin session for /admin. Analytics load only after PlainConsent opt-in. See Cookies.

Transfers outside the UK/EU
